Down the way from us a little, is a hidden (but not so hidden) family-run gem of a place that specializes in smash burgers. The Grill in Harshaw, Wisconsin.

They are delicious! Luckily for us, they also, on occasion take their smoker on the road and serve up incredible brisket sandwiches, pulled pork, and their homemade (brisket) mac ‘n cheese.  All wood smoke, on a traditional offset smoker.
