A staple flavor in the world of moonshine!!

We make ours very simply – after distilling the corn whiskey, we add apple juice and cinnamon sticks.  Nothing else is added which allows the flavor of the “shine” to carry through without being overwhelmed by sugar.

Best when chilled and sipped straight out of the jar!
