Our White Rum is a very clean and mixable spirit, distilled through all 8-plates of our small, 26-gallon column still,  It begins as the same spirit that goes into the barrels as our other rums, but is distilled an additional time to create this lighter version.

Great in any rum cocktail and bottled at 80-Proof!
