Behind the Scenes
Our tours are fun, interactive, and filled with in-depth information on our craft distilling process. Let our team give you a behind-the-scenes look at our distillery while sharing the science and art behind deliciously aged and expertly blended spirits. Your tour leader will explain the differences among clear and aged spirits, the subtle intricacies of distillation, barrel aging and blending and the tasteful beauty of everything we make.
We keep our tours small so you can expect to be with a maximum of 12-14 people. Our public tours lasts approximately 45 minutes and are hosted on Fridays at 5pm and Saturdays at 1pm. If you have groups larger than 8, please contact us to sign up for a private tour.
