Regionally Sourced
Wheat, corn, and rye are sourced from a Rhinelander farm; coffee from Eagle River Roasters; cranberries from Lake Nokomis Cranberries; maple syrup and honey from area producers; and apples, leaves, and herbs from our backyard and that of neighbors nearby. In addition, our grains keep cycling when our “spent grains” are sent to farms to feed their animals. Bottles are reused and upcycled for candles. These are just a few examples of N.W.D practices, occurring alongside a deep-rooted passion for product, process, experimentation, and community.
